تصنيف عنصر مرشح الهواء:

1.مرشح الهواء العمودي: يتكون من أربع هياكل أساسية ومجموعة متنوعة من موصلات المرشح لتلبية متطلبات العملاء الخاصة. لا تحتوي القشرة، وموصل المرشح، وعنصر المرشح على أجزاء معدنية. اعتمادًا على التصميم، يمكن أن يتراوح معدل التدفق المقنن لنظام الوحدة من 0.8m³/min إلى 5.0m³/min.

2.مرشح الهواء الأفقي: علبة بلاستيكية مقاومة للاصطدام، لا تصدأ. مدخل هواء كبير، كفاءة ترشيح عالية. يتكون المنتج من سبع هياكل مختلفة ونوعين من مخارج العادم لتلبية المتطلبات الخاصة للعملاء. اعتمادًا على التصميم، يمكن أن يتراوح معدل التدفق المقنن لنظام الوحدة من 3.5 m³/min إلى 28 m³/min.

عند انتهاء فترة استخدام عنصر مرشح الهواء، يجب إجراء الصيانة اللازمة، ويجب أن تلتزم الصيانة بالمبادئ التوجيهية الأساسية التالية:

1. وفقًا لمفتاح فرق الضغط، أو معلومات مؤشر فرق الضغط لاختيار وقت الصيانة. يمكن أن تسبب عمليات التفتيش الدورية في الموقع أو التنظيف أحيانًا ضررًا أكثر من النفع. هناك خطر من دخول الغبار إلى المحرك بسبب تلف عنصر المرشح.

2. يُوصى باستبدال عنصر المرشح بدلاً من تنظيفه، مما يمكن أن يتجنب تلف عنصر المرشح ويحمي المحرك إلى أقصى حد.

3. عندما تضطر إلى تنظيف عنصر المرشح، يجب الانتباه بشكل خاص إلى عدم غسل عنصر المرشح.

4. يرجى ملاحظة أن القلب الآمن (safety core) لا يمكن تنظيفه ويمكن استبداله فقط.

5. بعد الصيانة، نظف الداخل والسطح المحكم للقشرة بعناية باستخدام قطعة قماش مبللة.
